Megan founded Brigantine Physical Therapy and Fitness in her hometown of Brigantine in 2017. Offering brilliant new health and fitness opportunities to her local community. She spent her childhood here in Brigantine enjoying the sand and surf while also excelling on the tennis court. Her tennis achievements took her to the University of Delaware where she set numerous records over her 4 year career. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Jefferson University and has since been using her expert skills, along with her passion and caring personality, to help every patient she meets.

Paul has spent his life in the sports and exercise arena. He moved to America from England in 2006 to play soccer and study at The University of Delaware. After 3 years captaining the UD team and successfully completing his degree he moved into the world of coaching. Paul spent the next 7 years coaching soccer at Delaware Rush, where he oversaw numerous age groups and programs. After some time spent living in Hawaii he turned his attention towards health and fitness. He has a strong passion for creating exciting workouts and pushing people to challenge themselves and reach new heights.
Lindsey O'Neil, PT, DPT

Lindsey graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M and went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern in Boston, MA. Lindsey and her family moved down to the shore in 2019 where she worked in outpatient orthopedic PT setting before joining Brig PT in the spring of 2022. Lindsey enjoys working with all types of orthopedic conditions and has a special interest in treating Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Lindsey is experienced in working with female athletes, dancers, and figure skaters, and she loves to help athletes return to their sport.
Although native to Texas, Lindsey loves traveling and exploring her new home on the east coast. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and spending time at the beach. Lindsey also enjoys trying new restaurants and eateries in her local community.
Jess Barsotti, PT, DPT
Clinic Director
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Jess is a licensed physical therapist and the clinical director of Brig PT as well as a certified athletic trainer. Jess was born and raised in Vineland, NJ and attended St. Augustine Prep where he wrestled and played football and earned numerous student athlete accolades.
Jess received his doctorate degree in physical therapy from Boston University in 2008. During his clinical rotations he had the opportunity to work with the Indiana Pacers, the BU Terrier Ice Hockey Team, and the MIT Engineer Football Team. Jess also assisted as a medical volunteer for the Boston Athletic Association's 2005 and 2006 Boston Marathons.
Jess has treated a wide range of sports and orthopedic conditions, and he has developed new treatment techniques for plantar fasciitis and sciatica. A member of the American Physical
Therapy Association, Jess presented his research on plantar fasciitis to the APTA of Massachusetts in 2015. Jess worked as clinical director of two physical therapy facilities in Boston while also completing a two-year fellowship certification in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2016 and now mentors future fellows for the American Academy of Manual Therapy.
Jess moved to Linwood, NJ with his family in 2019 and spends most of his free time in the water at the beach or bay. Jess is dedicated to improving the standard of care in physical therapy and
is an active clinical instructor, regularly accepting clinical students from Thomas Jefferson University, Stockton University, Rowan University, Boston University, Northeastern University,
and MGH’s Institute of Health Professions to help educate future physical therapists. Jess has experience working with all types of patient populations including but not limited to sports/work-
related injuries, pediatrics, and post-surgical cases, as well as neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and concussions and traumatic brain injuries. Jess
became certified in dry needling in New Jersey in November 2022 and offers dry needling as an adjunct treatment to all appropriate patients.
Annie Arnold
Physical Therapy Aide
Every day, Annie works closely with patients to ensure that they are having a positive therapy experience. Annie is a recent graduate of Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a minor in Mathematics, on the premedical track. During her undergraduate studies, she participated in the Adolescent Brain and Cognitive Development Study at Stanford Research Institute, where she focused on sleep behavior in early adolescence. She also researched the implementation of artificial intelligence in the field of astrophysics at Fairfield University. Annie is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Fairfield University, with the intention of a career in medical research. She is passionate about caring for patients and loves seeing the progression each person makes. Annie has committed to being a lifelong learner and welcomes the opportunity to try something new!
