YOUTH PERFORMANCE

Youth Fitness and Performance training in Brigantine. The Summer months are prime time for athletes to make gains off the field of play. We teach correct movement patterns and techniques to enhance training and performance. This program has a focus on stability and strength which are the basis for improved speed and power. We believe in the power of movement and fitness to help build confidence and keep kids on the right track. WHAT DOES A SESSION INVOLVE?

Each session will include a dynamic warm-up and core activation. We will then have a focus for each session that will make up the main portion. We will likely finish with a conditioning or core strengthening component.

WHAT IS THE COST AND HOW DO I PAY?

6 week program - $100

Individual session - $20

You can sign up and pay online.

You can sign up online then pay in-person.

You can come into Brig PT in-person to sign up and pay.

We do recommend signing up in advance of the first session.

You can pay using card, cash, or check (payable to Brigantine Physical Therapy & Fitness).

WHAT CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED?

  • Appropriate athletic footwear - No barefoot or sandals allowed.

  • Athletic shorts and t-shirt is appropriate outfit.

  • Bring a water bottle.
